RossCutlery.store Terms and Conditions

From this point on, RossCutlery.store will be referred to as RCS.  Our physical store in Downtown Los Angeles will be referred to as RC-HQ.

Purchasing from RCS indicates acceptance of these terms and conditions.


Orders will be processed within 1-3 days of order placed.  Orders will not be processed on holidays or weekends. 

Our standard shipping carrier for domestic orders is FedEx.  At this moment, we are not fulfilling any international orders.

We will ship to the address listed in the order.  If there is a change of address, it is your responsibility to make sure the order address is updated. 

If your order is lost in transit, contact us and we will check the tracking information to see if the carrier needs to be involved.  If your order is lost but listed as Delivered, it is your responsibility to contact the carrier.  We will not refund or replace any order marked as Delivered to the address you provided.

Will Call

Orders can be placed on RCS for will call pickup at RC-HQ in Downtown LA.  The system quotes a 24hr process time, but in most cases the order will be available within a couple of hours.  Before attempting to pick up your order, please wait for the email that lets you know it's ready for pickup.  The person who placed the order can pick it up with ID.


If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within three (3) days of receipt for a full refund, minus any shipping and/or processing fees (CC, PayPal, etc).  Please call/email for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before returning any item.  Merchandise and packaging must be in the same condition as sold.  Except for RCS shipping the wrong item, a 10% Restocking Fee will also be applied.  If the item arrives in a condition other than new, or RCS was not contacted for an RMA, an additional 15% fee will be applied.

Please contact us at rma@rosscultery.store to begin the RMA process.  We will notify you when we receive the returned item(s) from this email address.

Only items purchased from RCS can be returned via our RMA process.  Items purchased at RC-HQ must be returned to RC-HQ.

Autos / OTFs / Switchblades

We are unable to ship certain Autos / OTFs / Switchblades to restricted states, despite the ability to place an order on our site.  If an order is made from a restricted state, the order will be cancelled and any transferred funds will be returned.  Please check your local and state laws before making a purchase.

RCS makes no representations or warranties of any kind.  Any applicable warranties will be honored by the manufacturers, and the warranty terms will be on the manufacturers’ websites.


It is the buyer’s responsibility to know, understand, and obey all applicable local / state / federal laws regarding the possession and/or use of any item purchased from RCS.  The buyer, by placing an order, represents that they are of legal age, and that the purchased items will be used in a lawful manner.  RCS does not assume any responsibility for any harm or injury resulting from the sale / trade / handling of any item purchased.
